Girl Guides of Canada
Paperwork required by Girl Guides of Canada before arriving to camp:
Please refer to the most recent Safe Guide for required paperwork and procedures.
Guiders will need to complete Safe Guide forms for their camp including - SG1 - information to parents, SG 2 signed permission to attend, SG 4 Emergency procedures - using the information in the handbook, Water forms WA1, and submit them through an on line portal. (from ON Safeguide)

Paperwork required upon arrival to Haliburton Scout Reserve:
Camp Roster (youth and Guiders)
medical forms - these must be carried with you at all times in case anyone in your unit needs to go to the on-site Clinic or to the Haliburton Hospital
Important Information from ON Safeguide
Maximum size of group is 12 and can be exceeded with permission.
Open for Pathfinders, Rangers and Trex (aged 12 and older)
2 Guiders/facilitators with training and experience required
Paddle Canada Wilderness Camping or Girl Guide OAL Adventure training
All youth to be swim tested and canoe/kayak and camping skills verified
With a lifeguard - documented group can swim and without can swim wearing PFD's
Standard First Aid required
Mainland campsites (Twister Point & Rover's Rest) are classified as Yellow Level Safe Guide (tested water available nearby, cell service, and 24 hour access to a vehicle - can park a vehicle nearby)
